Overview of catering at the Fair site

More fun for you, and for your kids – our friendly, competent child minders will look after your children aged 3 to 10 years on the first floor between the halls B1/B2. With playing, painting, craft, and fun activities – there is something for everyone.

Childcare is free of charge during your visit to the hanseboot.

Parking: disabled parking spaces – entrance via gates B1 and B4 in St. Petersburger Str., Gate B5 (Bei den Kirchhöfen) and Gate A3 (Lagerstrasse) (3.00 EUR per day).

Toilets: disabled toilets available in Hall B3 ground floor/upper floor, Hall B4 ground floor/upper floor, B5, B6, B7, A1, A4

Mobility: Lifts suitable for people with disabilities are located in Halls B1 and B3 and in the East Foyer. Visitors with walking difficulties can borrow a wheelchair free of charge at the site. Please reserve wheelchair in advance, giving details of your visit date/time, by e-mail to

 besucherservice@hamburg-messe.de.

Cloakrooms and lockers are available in the Foyer / South Entrance, Foyer / Central Entrance and Foyer / East Entrance.

The charge payable at the cloakroom per item of clothing or luggage is EUR 1.50. Lockers are available in two different sizes, on payment of EUR 1.00 per locker.
